Elizade University is a private University situated at Ilara-Mokin, Ondo State, Nigeria. The University represents the crowing effort of Elizade Ojo Educational Foundation and the Board of Trustees to contribute to the growth and development of tertiary education, and it is planned to make positive impact, within a short period, in the Nigerian University System.

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified, innovative, versatile and proactive candidates to fill the vacancies of Administrative Officer II (EUNASS 07) in the Registry of the University.


Roles & Responsibilities of Administrative Officer II

  • Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings and departmental activities for all members of Staff.
  • Making submissions and preparing draft letters on specific matters.
  •  Participating in the general administration of the University.
  • Performing other administrative duties as may be assigned.
  • Handling confidential and non-routine information.

Requirements for the Position of Administrative Officer II

  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential matters. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the University.
  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • Must possess a good first degree in Arts or Social and Management Sciences from a reputable University.
  • Cognate experience in a tertiary institution will be an added advantage.
