Dr. A.O. Oluwadare earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, Sokoto State, in 2004. Following her undergraduate studies, she achieved a Master's degree with distinction in Physics (M. Tech) from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State, in 2011.
In 2012, she secured a prestigious fully funded scholarship from the West African Science Service Center on Climate Change and Adapted Land Use (WASCAL) for her doctoral studies at the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State. During this period, she embarked on enriching practical experiences in numerous countries within and beyond Africa, immersing herself in the expertise of distinguished faculty members specializing in Atmospheric Physics. Her relentless pursuit culminated in the attainment of her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Meteorology and Climate Science in 2015.
Currently, Dr. Oluwadare serves as a lecturer at the Faculty of Basic and Applied Sciences, Elizade University, Ilara-Mokin, Ondo State, Nigeria. Her research endeavors revolve around the intricate dynamics of land-surface/atmosphere mass and energy exchange processes. With a comprehensive understanding spanning radiation, remote sensing, irrigation and water management, land use and land cover change, and renewable energy, she actively contributes to scholarly discourse through prolific publications in esteemed local and international academic journals.
Driven by an unwavering passion for solar energy, Dr. Oluwadare is a sought-after authority in the domain. Her expertise encompasses diverse facets of solar energy systems, including system design, planning, product selection, energy storage, efficiency optimization, and effective energy management. Prior to her academic role at Elizade University, she served as the lead technical consultant and administrative manager at EJIT Energy, a prominent solar power provider renowned for its innovative designs and installations.
